Polystyrene (also known as just styrene) is a super smooth plastic substrate that is known for its durability, rigidity, and strength. Styrene is resistant to warping, making it an excellent choice for adding durability to prints and projects of all sizes.

We use a full-color UV print process.

Polystyrene is available in the following thicknesses: 15 mil – 15 pt, 20 mil – 20 pt, 40 mil – 40 pt, 60 mil – 60 pt, 125 mil – 125 pt – 1/8″.
