This is the boring legal stuff. But it matters — so here’s what I collect, why, and what I do with it.

1) Credit Card Info & Security

This is a secure site (SSL encryption). Your credit card info is never stored on my servers. When you check out, your payment processes instantly and that’s it. I ask for it each time you order because I don’t keep it. You should appreciate that.

2) Security

No online service is 100% secure. I work hard to protect your info against unauthorized access, and I monitor the site for vulnerabilities. But I’m being honest with you — nothing is bulletproof.

3) What I Collect & Why

When you visit, you may give me two types of info:

• Personal info you choose to share (name, email, shipping address, etc.)
• Website usage data collected automatically as you browse

Comments & Reviews

If you leave a comment or review, I collect what you submit plus your IP address and browser info for spam detection. Your profile picture may appear next to your comment if you use Gravatar.

Orders & Accounts

When you place an order or create an account, I collect what’s needed to fulfill your order and communicate with you about it — name, email, address, phone, order details.

Video On Demand (VOD)

Some content (like how-to videos) requires you to log in. When you do, your IP address is captured. This helps me track access and protect the content.

Abandoned Carts

If you add items to your cart and don’t check out, I may send you a reminder email. That’s it. No creepy stalking — just a nudge.

Reviews

I use a plugin to request reviews after your order is delivered. Your email is used to send that request and connect your review to your order.

Live Stats

I can see who’s poking around the site. If you’re not logged in, all I see is your IP address.

Artwork Uploads

When you send artwork files — whether at checkout, during the proofing process, through my file upload page, WeTransfer, or Google Drive — those files are stored until your project is complete. Some uploads are handled through third-party plugins. I don’t share your files with anyone.

Cookies

Cookies help me remember your login, what’s in your cart, and how you use the site. They’re small text files stored in your browser. You can disable them, but parts of the site may not work properly.

I don’t use cookies for third-party advertising. I’m not tracking you across the internet.

4) How I Use Your Info

• To fulfill and ship your orders
• To communicate with you about your project
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, status updates, shipping info)
• To request reviews
• To occasionally let you know about something I think you’d actually care about (you can unsubscribe anytime)

I don’t sell your info. I don’t share it for marketing purposes. Period.

5) Who Might See Your Data

• Payment processors — to charge your card
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
• Email services — to send transactional emails
• Review platform — to collect and display reviews

These third parties only access what they need to do their job.

6) How Long I Keep Your Data

Order info is retained for bookkeeping, warranty, and reorder purposes. Comments and reviews are kept indefinitely unless you ask me to remove them.

If you create an account, your info stays until you delete it or ask me to.

7) Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of the data I have on you
• Ask me to correct or delete it
• Unsubscribe from any non-transactional emails

8) Links to Other Sites

If I link to another website, their privacy policy applies — not mine. Read theirs before you share anything with them.
