It is vital that everyone is on the same team, if not, the lack of focus and attention in just one area could throw multiple things off in your brand. It is better to have a collective team than individuals doing their own thing. Otherwise, you could find yourself rebranding more often, and still not getting it right. Build a network and team you are proud of and that can effectively (and together) guide your brand.
