Order Ship Times

Often all non-custom made or non-custom branded orders placed before noon (EST) will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days. All custom-made products from our website are subject to our current production schedule and there is no guarantee of shipping times (unless a deadline fee is paid in advance). Depending upon the custom made product this date can range anywhere between 2 weeks to 90 days. Again, that depends upon the nature of the custom product or services rendered. Due to certain times of the year and our production schedule, potential buyers are encouraged to inquire in advance about any products availability and prior to purchase, especially if a deadline is required to meet your needs. We are always happy to do all that we can to accommodate your needs and special request deadlines. If your project is urgent or has a deadline we may require a RUSH CHARGE FEE.  If you are uncertain whether your product or service will reach you in time please do NOT place your order electronically. Refund Policy

It is our policy to not offer refunds. We have this policy because with most of our products we sell secrets, the value of which cannot be returned. Additionally, most all of our items are custom branded and exclusive to you. Once work begins on your project (order) we are already rendering services, which warrant payment for service and is usually included within the price of a product. We also provide extensive product descriptions and videos to help you make your buying decision carefully.

Should you have any issues with damage during shipment or you need additional help we strive to provide top notch service and will work with you as much as possible.

If you are unsure about buying a product, our best advice is that you can always contact us in advance. We are more than happy to assist and direct you with integrity and the best knowledge possible so that you not only get what you want or need but even if that means we refer you to another source.

Please understand that we depend on your satisfaction and will work with you to help you if you are not satisfied with an item. Our no refund policy is not set in place to make dealings difficult, but rather assure you that we will go above and beyond to do our best to accommodate you within a reasonable manner.

Any and all deposits are also non-refundable.
